IA offers no business to consumer products, these Privacy Policies is for our friends and business partners, such as businesses, advertiser, publishers, affiliate agencies, ad technologies and industry organisations collaborating business to business. GDPR still applies and here's a brief of how we manage your data.

According to the Personal Data Act GDPR, we are obliged to inform you about how we process and share your personal information.

Upon signing up to newsletters, free reports, ressources, being invited by advertisers agencies or support members or any other registrations in our CRM systems or advertising platforms, IA collects and processes a number of personal data about you as a data controller.

Data Controller acknowledges and agrees that, in connection with the performance of the services under the Agreement, Personal Data will be transferred to Influence Audience.
